She has successfully led multiple fundraising rounds, managed complex due diligence processes, and built resilient finance, control, and governance frameworks across geographies by supporting both board & founder led businesses.
Her career journey spans from foundational roles to leadership positions at renowned organizations such as PepsiCo, Fujifilm, SREI Group, and Genascis, along with pivotal roles in early-stage core teams at Spice Hotspot, OYO Rooms, and Intello Labs where she supported businesses from inception through rapid scale-up and institutional maturity.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Sonal has founded and led a consulting practice advising startups on finance, compliance, fundraising, and legal structuring. She has also held mentor and advisory roles within the startup incubation platforms.
