Sanchit Gupta is Chief Operating Officer & Assurance Leader at Pierag Consulting, bringing over 15 years of experience across Assurance, Business Strategy, and Operational Leadership. He is known for designing and scaling operating models that support sustainable growth, delivery excellence, and organisational resilience.

Prior to joining Pierag, he spent several years with EY, including a three-year international assignment in Houston, Texas, where he worked on a large SEC-filer client in the Oil & Gas sector. This exposure strengthened his understanding of global audit standards, complex regulatory environments, and cross-border collaboration.

At Pierag, Sanchit plays a central role in building and governing the firm’s operational backbone. His responsibilities span business model design, firm-wide policy frameworks, capacity and mobility planning, learning and development architecture, performance evaluation systems, and enterprise-level business reviews. He has been instrumental in driving technology adoption, data analytics, and process automation to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and quality of delivery.

In parallel, as Assurance Leader, he brings rigor, structure, and analytical depth to statutory audits, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across assurance engagements.
