A defining phase of his career was his leadership role at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, where he played a key role in shaping the organisation’s governance and compliance culture. His work contributed to the organisation receiving industry recognition, including the ICICI Lombard Risk and Compliance Awards and the CNBC TV18 India Risk Management Awards.
Across his career, Gaurav has led large-scale internal audit and risk advisory engagements, guiding organisations through strategic risk assessments and governance transformations across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, consumer goods, and financial services.
At Pierag, he works closely with clients to simplify complex risk landscapes and design governance structures that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
