Sunaina brings deep hands-on experience across leading recruitment and HR systems including Oracle Taleo, HRMS platforms, Zoho ATS, Naukri, and LinkedIn hiring solutions. She has also consistently driven excellence in candidate experience, onboarding practices, and HR transformation initiatives.
