A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Sarika combines deep financial acumen with advanced sustainability expertise. Her credentials include Diplomas in IFRS (ACCA, UK) and BRSR (ICAI), along with certification as a GHG Accounting Lead Verifier under ISO 14064. This multidisciplinary foundation enables her to bridge financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and sustainability strategy with precision.
At Pierag, Sarika leads the ESG and Sustainability practice, advising organisations on embedding ESG principles into business strategy, governance frameworks, and reporting architectures. Her work enables clients to respond effectively to evolving regulatory expectations while creating long-term value through environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance excellence.
Prior to joining Pierag, Sarika held senior leadership roles where she contributed extensively to assurance engagements, technical advisory, ESG research, and learning & development initiatives, strengthening both client outcomes and professional standards.
